Unqualified Teaching Assistants needed in Wandsworth!

Axcis is working with a school in Wandsworth who are seeking Teaching Assistants to support their pupils with various additional needs. The school has a Primary and Secondary unit; therefore the school will be looking for Teaching Assistants who are comfortable working with all age groups. You will be required to support various SEND on a 1:1 and group basis such as ASD, ADHD, Challenging Behaviour.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm
Pay: starting at £90 per day, dependent on experience
Start date: March 2024

The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience working in a school, care or childcare setting
- Proven experience or confidence with manual handling/providing personal care
- An experienced and proactive approach to giving 1:1 support for older children with limited mobility
- An enhanced DBS that must be on the updated service (if you do not have one Axcis can assist you in attaining one- fee of £45)
