Are you an experienced Nurse, a Unit Manager or are you already in a Clinical Lead position?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established Care Home provider as a Deputy Manager in the Telford area. Purosearch are looking for a hard-working and caring Deputy to build on an existing and committed team.
My clients homes boast a fresh, warm and welcoming feel with all a variety of modern facilities and they have an excellent reputation with the local community.
The Deputy manager will be responsible for the oversight of the service with a clear focus on the clinical aspects of the Home and spot the areas needed for improvement and make the necessary steps alongside the Home Manager.
Clinical Deputy requirements: - NMC (required)
- Nursing Home Experience
- Motivated with the ability to promote exceptional practice
- Exceptional clinical knowledge
- You will have experience in leading a team and good management qualities
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements.
