Description
- Oversee and manage all Human Resources operations within the company.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
- Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Support and advise management on HR policy development and implementation.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR management.
- Manage employee relations and handle any arising issues.
- Assess and monitor training needs within the company.
- Report directly to senior management on all HR matters.
