Overview

2nd Line Software Support Technician

Location: Sittingbourne (hybrid working 4 days in office per week)

We are currently looking for a 2 nd Line Software Support Technician to become an integral part of a growing Support department within an expanding, reputable ERP software solutions group.

About the role:

The role includes a healthy mix of customer interaction and technical work supporting our multiple bespoke programs over different platforms.

About you:

We believe great communication and interpersonal skills to be just as important as specific previous programming experience, however the ideal candidate would also have some experience in or knowledge of some/all of the below.
