Are you a registered Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years’ management or supervisory experience? We currently have the opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with strong leadership skills to join our Ongoing Support Management Team for a period of 1 year based in Chippenham Wiltshire. As the Assistant Team Manager, it is your role to support the Ongoing Support Team Manager in ensuring that the services are being delivered efficiently & effectively in Wiltshire to adults who require assessments, care & support. In the absence of the Team Manager you would manage, co-ordinate and lead the locality team. In your day-to-day duties you would play a key role in providing supervision and support to Advanced practitioner Social Workers and Occupational Therapists. You will be someone who is skilled in terms of understanding performance & managing a budget. Hold the energy, enthusiasm, and passion for doing things differently to reach the best possible outcomes. Produce extensive & refined leadership skills to support, develop and motivate the team of highly skilled and qualified professionals. Why us?
