NEW 4 Bed Children's Home

£30,000 - £38,000
One of my favourite clients are looking for a passionate deputy children's home manager for a new and ready to open children's home in Northampton. The home will care for up to four children and young people with emotional and behavioural disorders.
My client is a successful, growing and well established independent children's service provider who have earned themselves an excellent reputation in the Midlands area.

Some of the duties for the Deputy Manager.
To work alongside the home manager to oversee the running of the home.
Management of the home in absence of the Manager.
Ensure high standard of care for the children and young people
Lead, manage and develop individuals and the team whilst implementing effective quality standards.
Reviews and meetings
To ensure effective induction of all staff, together supervision of trained staff, mentorship and assessment
The Suitable Candidate for the Deputy Manager will have:
• You will possess recent children's residential experience as a senior/team leader or deputy manager.
• To have completed NVQ/QCF level 3 diploma in leadership for health and social care, children and young people's services.
We require an experienced, passionate individual who has a proven track record of providing the highest quality care for the young people as well as providing the staff with a high level of leadership and management.
