Job description

HGV/LGV driver required to start immediately for the Belfast City Council, based out of the Duncrue complex. This is a full time temporary post for a minimum of 3 months, the hours of work will be 7:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £12.80 per hour. The successful candidate will start immediately.

The main duties of this role will include the driving of vehicles, collection of household waste, loading vehicles, interacting with members of the public, undertaking maintenance of gutters and drains and cleaning streets.

What we need from you:

• Have a full, current Category C driving licence
• Have a valid Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
• 6 months experience in a similar environment
