Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional CMF Design manager join and co-lead our highly skilled and dynamic team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Warwick, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you will do....
- Lead focus area on Exterior CMF design + Interior CMF technologies, leading the team in paint creation from design through to production as well as with exterior finishers, wheels and accessories. Lead strategy alongside the Head of CMF and in line with Interior CMF strategies in soft/hard materials (Leathers, Textiles, Metals, Woods etc)
- Expertly visualise strategic CMF digitally as well as verbally through building key leadership strategy decks and presenting both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build key relationships with new and innovative suppliers as well as established partners to create physical assets to excite material-led design, thus pushing forward with Design and Engineering teams to get streamlined into production environments.
- This role will be pivotal in ensuring CMF Design is intrinsically part of the creation process. Every element of our CMF must be thoughtful, and experiential, and it must effectively and consciously minimise any negative impact on People & the Planet.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with key leadership counterparts in Engineering, PQ, SQA, Purchasing and Product teams, exhaustively exploring the implementation of luxury materiality.
Who you are....
- Multiple years of experience mentoring team members as well as working experience within CMF design delivering world-class products.
- An Inquisitive mind, not just in the Automotive space, but around analogous industry trends and foresight.
