Job description

Property management business based in North London is looking to recruit a commercial property litigation lawyer to join their property management legal team in North London.

This property business manages a significant portfolio of properties mostly in London and the South East and is looking to recruit a commercial property litigation lawyer with experience of:

• commercial lease disputes, such as arrears, breaches, forfeiture, dilapidations and insolvency;
• 1954 Act business lease renewals;
• land disputes including trespass and access;
• Telecoms code experience advantageous; and
• General litigation experience including money claims and enforcement.

The role will include drafting documentation and conduct of claims including attending court.
