Job Description:

The Head of HR Shared Services will be reporting to the HR Director, and they will be responsible for:

• Managing the operational HR process in the company.
• High volume of employee relations cases.
• Main and develop the Workday system.
• Manage the people policy.
• Manage an administrative and contracts team members.

The Head of HR Shared Services Skills:

• Previous experience in a HR Shared Services environment at a senior/management level
• Previous experience of operating within a complex set up organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience gained with aviation or retail or equivalent.
