Job Description:
The Head of HR Shared Services will be reporting to the HR Director, and they will be responsible for:
- Managing the operational HR process in the company.
- High volume of employee relations cases.
- Main and develop the Workday system.
- Manage the people policy.
- Manage an administrative and contracts team members.
The Head of HR Shared Services Skills:
- Previous experience in a HR Shared Services environment at a senior/management level
- Previous experience of operating within a complex set up organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience gained with aviation or retail or equivalent.
