Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Sales Executive will be to;
- Engage with potential clients and identify their property needs.
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies.
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and training.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the management team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property industry.
- Uphold the company's values and adhere to its policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Executive should have:
- A degree in a relevant field.
- A proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
