The Opportunity
An amazing new opportunity has become available for you to be our Internal Communications & Engagement Officer where you’ll support the organisations approach to internal communications so that employees receive appropriate, timely and accurate information and they feel well informed, engaged, and valued. You will be part of the wider Communications team in the business.
Location: Edinburgh – hybrid working

One of the main challenges of the role is that you must work at pace and to strict deadlines while always maintaining accuracy and quality.
Another key challenge of the role is that you must influence and persuade people regarding what, when and how messages get communicated.
You’ll also; What do you need to be great at this role?
You’ll have experience of working in an internal communications function within an organisation that is geographically dispersed and has field-based workforce.
