One of the industry’s friendliest firms seek a dynamic, ambitious PA to directly work as part of a team to support their lovely head director and their busy work life.
The role will suit a candidate with experience working within coordination or administration in the built environment sector (architecture/design/engineering/etc.), this role has a beautifully broad scope of responsibility across the business matrix.
Organising fast-paced diaries and meeting appointments, serving as the first point of contact for an internationally recognized figure, being a proactive administrator to carve out time on their behalf, and more! No two days would ever be the same.
Familiarity with MS Office, Adobe CS, and a fast typing speed are all highly advantageous.
