Description: We urgently need Support Workers – Domiciliary to join us in the Southampton area. We are looking for likeminded people to join our amazing team, and at Halo Staffing you will be supported by those who have your best interests at heart. At Halo Staffing we offer various roles and flexible positions that can be adapted to your availability.
As a Halo Staffing Support Worker, you can work the hours that will suit you and your lifestyle and allow you to do the things that are important to you, such as continuing your education, doing the school run or continuing with your hobbies.
In this role you will be providing high quality support to people who are of varying ages and levels of independence. You will promote independence and dignity, empowering each person to live how they choose.
You will receive full training and will be supported by other Support Workers in the team as well as our amazing office team. Together we will ensure that people with disabilities receive the best service and support and are able to integrate into their local communities.
