Due to continued growth, year after year, one of my clients are actively seeking a committed Project Manager to add to the team!
Currently have some incredible fit-out projects in the pipeline.
They deliver a world class fit-out service across a range of sectors, including hotels, residential, stadiums, commercial, marine, and modular solutions.
Candidates should have extensive project management experience on interior fit-out type projects.
Day to Day:
- Developing a project budget and ensure the project is delivered within that budget.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the client’s specifications.
- Ensure that labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors are effectively managed.
- Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress.
- Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to.
- Monitor the financial performance of the project.
- Ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project.
- Attending meetings and surveys with the client representatives
- Delivering projects on a worldwide basis.
Experience:
- Degree in Construction related subject.
- Extensive project management experience on interior fit-out type projects.
- Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
- Great attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost control are essential.
- Client facing, UK driving licence, able to travel with the role on occasion.
