The Service Engineer at Oxford Instruments is responsible for installing all instruments in the Magnetic Resonance product range and to train customers specifically for their applications. To provide a high level of technical knowledge that will allow the optimisation of the instruments, sample preparation and method protocols for the customer applications. Candidates should want to work in a fast-paced environment finding solutions for problems found with our instruments in the field. Every day is different and an exciting challenge to get a rewarding “thank you” from the user when you fix an issue!
