Leeds City Centre | Up to £42,600 DOE | Contract until July 2024 | hybrid (80% homeworking)

A public sector company based in Leeds City Centre is looking for an experienced event coordinator to support their welcoming team until July 2024.
Your new role
We are looking for an experienced event coordinator/officer to plan, coordinate and deliver three high-profile events for our members. The role will require working with stakeholders to shape the content and agenda of the events and liaising closely with our event\'s agency to manage the operational elements. The role will provide day-to-day management of the three events, including high level administration, writing communications and post-event evaluation.

• Have significant experience of running in person, virtual and hybrid events.
• Have experience of delivering events for a professional health or public sector audience.
• Be proactive, highly organised, with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Have a professional manner and be confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Have prior coordination skills and liaising with various teams and chasing people.
