Claims Handler Edgeware, London £25,000 - £32,000 + Potential Bonus + Yearly Salary/Performance Reviews + Progression + Training + Discount Purchase Offers + 22 days annual leave + Pension + Great Culture + Mental Health Support Are you a Claims Handler with excellent communication skills and able to provide a brilliant service? Do you want to work for a company where you can showcase your skills and progress your career? This company are a very well known automotive provider with glowing customer reviews and an excellent place to work reputation. Due to extensive company growth they are looking add to their claims handling/customer service team where you an join a supportive team that will push you onwards and upwards. In this role you will provide excellent customer service to company customers whilst managing claims from start to finish and using your knowledge to check for any potential fraudulent activity. You will use IT skills to log details and showcase good attention to detail when inputting information and speaking with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an empathetic nature as you will be speaking with customers, sometimes distressed. You will need to be comfortable talking with strangers and able to stay calm and collected whilst representing the company in the best light. You will need to be IT literate and have a high attention to detail. If you have any previous experience in the automotive/car leasing industry that would be advantageous.
