Are you a specialist SEN Teaching Assistant, looking for supply work in the Primary sector?
Teaching Personnel are urgently seeking talented Primary Teaching Assistants, specialising in SEN to provide extra support across EYFS, KeyStage 1 & KeyStage 2 in the Lincoln area.
About The Role Itself
Due to the demand for specialist SEN TAs in all key stages, most days will be different depending on the placement. However, the requirements will mostly stay the same and be based upon 1-1 support with SEN children.
Duties & The Ideal Candidate
- Ideally hold a UK recognised Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Preferably have experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and 2
- Support the Social & Emotional development of pupils, reporting any issues when required
- Support the teacher in managing challenging pupil behaviour & promote positive behaviour
- Carry out administrative duties, such as preparing classroom resources
- Have a patient, kind & caring persona - with a sympathetic understanding of SEN children
- Have flexible availability - minimum of 4 days per week
- Support for pupils with ADHD, ASC, Medical Needs & Behavioural Issues
Salary & Working Hours
The rate of pay will depend on experience, but Teaching Personnel can guarantee a price match against any other agency - ensuring your trust in us representing you, stays at an all-time high!
Full time hours (Minimum 8.30am - 3.30pm)
Extra hours may be required for staff meetings, inspections and parent consultations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
