Job description
Stay informed about local attractions, events, and travel trends to provide clients with recommendations and personal insights for an extraordinary holiday.
Ensuring that all booking details (including client contact details, background, group information, and special requests) are recorded on the notes to owners before passing the bookings to the Sales Operations Specialists and then the Local Teams.
Working alongside the Finance team, provide answers to all finance-related questions from clients, including the processing of payments and cancellations.
Leveraging our CRM system (ZOHO), always maintain a clean and organised opportunity pipeline, including accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and inquiries.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
English fluent both written and verbal.
Fluency in French and/or German is a bonus.
You’re passionate about travel and have a natural curiosity for all things Mediterranean.
You’re proactive and driven in nature and, while not essential, have previous experience of working in a sales environment.
You embrace a customer-centric approach. You’ll need to show us that you can be adaptable and build trust with clients from all over the world and from all types of cultural backgrounds. For this, you’ll need to be a confident and articulate communicator both over the phone and via email, with fantastic listening skills.
You’ll need to show us that you are extremely organized, with great attention to detail and a talent for retaining and recalling information.
You’re positive, thoughtful and a natural problem solver who is always seeking avenues for improvement.
