• C £300 – £350 Per Day

About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking to Interim Building Surveyors for a large public estate covering Northamptonshire.

Accountabilities

• Carry out structural surveys
• Carry out disrepair inspections and reports
• Provide advice of remedial works and carry out defect analysis
• Work closely with asset management teams
• Management of maintenance staff and external contractors
• Production of detailed reports
• Management of survey data
• Pricing works and procuring contracts

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Recognised professional qualification such as CIOB or RICS or working towards
• Full driver’s licence
• Willing to start at short notice
