Job description
My client is a friendly law firm with an excellent reputation in Wiltshire currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Conveyancing team in Salisbury.

What will you do?
- Join a well-established firm with a strong presence in Wiltshire
- Handle day-to-day Conveyancing administration tasks
- Type dictated letters, contracts and other documentation
- Handle telephone enquiries from clients, solicitors, estate agents and other parties
- Prepare post-exchange, post-completion, SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Open/deal with initial stages of Conveyancing transaction
What do you need?
- At least 1 year of experience in a Conveyancing position
- Secretary and Audio typing skills
