Robert Half are excited to announce we are working with a prestigious Professional Services business based Holborn who are looking for a part-time Head of HR.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly & close knit team within an impressive business in a standalone Head of HR role.

THE ROLE:

• Running the HR department for 20 staff in a standalone capacity.
• Maintaining & updating policies & procedures.
• Keeping up to date with changes in Employment Law.
• Assisting with recruitment including on boarding and off boarding.
• Training, development and appraisals.
• Other ad-hoc HR tasks that may arise.

THE PERSON:

• Proven HR experience, preferably in a standalone capacity within Professional Services.
• A real people person with high levels of confidentiality.
• Confident to provide suggestions to partners on how to improve the HR function.
• Happy to be office based 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30AM - 6PM).
