Location: Ashington, Northumberland

Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team in Ashington, Northumberland. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in primary school settings.
Role Overview: - Support primary school teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Assist in planning and preparing educational resources and materials.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create personalized learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of students.
Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 6 weeks' experience in a UK school setting or holds a UK degree relevant to education.
- Sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students in their learning journey.
