Job description
Core - Asset Consulting are growing! We are looking for an ambitious associate administrator to join the team. As an Associate you will play a central role in the business. This is a varied role providing administrative support to our permanent and contract, interim and temporary recruitment teams.

We are based in Edinburgh's city centre and offer a hybrid working pattern. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with working hours 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Assisting with any administrative tasks as required to support the Consultants that you are aligned to.
General administration support.
Preparation of CVs, job descriptions and correspondence for clients and candidates.
This will include uploading applications to a range of client portals and tracking on the CRM system. You will ensure high standard is achieved across the team within the relevant turnaround times.
Involvement in the registering applications, Digital Right to Work checks and sending out interview confirmations to candidates.
Effective job advertising. You will be responsible for publishing and ongoing management of vacancies across our main advertising channels, including social media. This will include supporting recruitment consultants to ensure vacancies are updated, maintained and re-advertised as required.
Client Services - You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing a high standard of service to any queries
Salary for the position above is negotiable depending on experience however will be kept in-line with our current salary banding.
