Head of Court of Protection
Location

Job description
Job Details
- 5+ PQE
- Take a step up into a leadership role
- Hybrid working of 50%
- Christmas closure
A leading law firm is recruiting for a Court of Protection specialist with 5+ PQE to join its team in Merseyside and take a step up into a Head of Court of Protection role.
This role is unmissable in terms of the immediate and longer-term progression available, plus its flexibility.
You’ll be able to enjoy a hybrid working package of 50%.
You will manage the caseload of a small team of Court of Protection specialists, plus a reduced caseload of work yourself (which is great if you would like to take a step up into a leadership role without stepping away from fee-earning completely).
Experience of private client work would be advantageous, but not essential.
The firm is well-established, financially stable and growing. It is recognised as one of the UK's leading teams by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, as well as being highly recommended in The Times’ Best Law Firms 2023.
