You will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team providing executive level support and planning events throughout the year. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and execute company events, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.
- Prepare and distribute materials for meetings and events.
- Conduct research and assist in the planning and execution of various projects.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant andĀ Events Coordinator.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
