Job description
Business Analyst will,
- Ownership of UAT journey.
- To attend client meetings with other team members to understand project requirements and/or for regular updates.
- To brief colleagues in relation to the projects and ensure understanding.
- Working closely with the wider business to identify emerging demand needed now and into the future.
- To act as first line support for enquiries relating to how projects are progressing or to resolve issues.
- Resolution of live issues to ensure business as usual continuity of the service is maintained.
- To project manage and liaise with internal teams to set up and deliver projects.
- Understanding at an In-depth level the user functions of the systems and be able to map these into functional vs non-functional requirements.
- Design and deliver processes that reduce waste and encourage autonomy.
- Working within the project and with the business to assist with approval and signoff of decisions
