This is a Maternity Cover

The role of the Digital Marketing Executive ( Maternity Cover) will be to

• develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies
• create engaging written, graphic, video and audio content
• develop, manage, measure and report digital marketing campaigns
• monitor competitor and market trends
• Monitor competitor and market trends / technology developments to inform campaigns and follow best practice
• Champion digital across the College to drive forward digitalisation of the brand and profile.
• Oversee, develop and maintain the college website - including writing content, maintaining images and updating social media links.
• To create engaging digital and social content including but not limited to graphics, videos, blogs, vlogs, digital course guides and podcasts.
• To deputise for the Marketing Manager when required.

To be considered for this role you will

• Have availability to provide immediate maternity cover

• Be educated to degree level (or equivalent) preferably in marketing or communications
• minimum 2 years' working experience within a marketing role, preferably focussed on social/digital media and content creation
• proven experience of developing engaging content including graphics, videos, blogs and podcasts to engage target audiences, build brand awareness and drive action
• ability to develop and deliver strong social media plans, including advertising and controlling the calendar for all activities across our social media sites

In return for this Digital Marketing maternity cover role you will be offered a basic salary of between £27,000 - £30,000 (neg) pro rata and benefits may include:
