Job description
This is a great opportunity for a very trend lead denim designer to join a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer in a very accessible London location, due to company expansion.
Working closely with the design lead and assistant, you will be responsible for designing men's, women's and kids denim products with a great performance related bonus.
Day to day you will be researching the market and carrying out careful analysis to have a strong understanding of the most up to date trends; remaining aware of and implementing direction and innovation across fabric/ washes/ shape; creating on-trend, forward-thinking, yet commercial designs in response to briefs; producing accurate and detailed CADs to present to buyers and technical packs for product development; presenting range to customers in a confident manner; communicating effectively with team members in the UK and Asia; and overseeing the development of sampling, ensuring deadlines are met.
