Team: Post-Booking Experience (PBX)

Location: Amsterdam/Groningen, NL - or - Fully-remote from a complimentary timezone

Environment: On-site/Hybrid/Remote (you decide!) 

Timezone: +/- 2 hours of CET

Language: Our business language is English 

Where the journey began…

From humble beginnings back in 2014, our co-founders at Parkos started our journey to ensure that the beginning and end of your travel experience are as enjoyable as the actual adventure in between!

We make airport parking a smooth, seamless and efficient process for all travelers by bringing together parkings and customers on our marketplace and create matches that make both parties smile.

We started off by winning the major airports within the Netherlands and now operate in over 20 different countries and 3 different regions (and counting)! We’ve grown to over 120 Parkie’s and millions of travelers choose Parkos every year!

Our product and engineering team is crucial for our journey through embracing a highly scalable product-led growth model: building a product that activates, engages, converts and retains users, ideally without a human touch.

The team

Our Post-Booking team is responsible for the full customer journey once they’ve made a booking with us. The topics the team owns include all email flows (transactional, informational and commercial), all self-serve options, customer reviews, referrals and upsell opportunities and the management of customer expectations. 

In short, the impact of the work that you deliver is directly linked to our customer retention and how likely people are to recommend Parkos to their friends & family!

You will report into the Head of Product and will be the dedicated Product Manager of this team. You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing & the Head of Customer Service. The Post-Booking Experience team is currently made up of 3 developers and a dedicated Engineering Team Lead and is growing.
