Are you a highly skilled scientist with experience with computational antibody design? Do you have a strong understanding of antibody or nanobody sequence, structure, function, and previous experience of antibody or nanobody discovery and development in an industrial or academic setting? About the Department
Our Antibody Design Department is part of the Digital Science and Innovation (DSI) area at Novo Nordisk, located in Måløv (Denmark) and London (UK). We use innovative computational tools and techniques to design novel antibodies and nanobodies. Our team works collaboratively across various departments, within and outside Research and Early Development, to deliver safe and effective antibody therapies to patients. The Positions
We are currently seeking talented scientists to join our team in London, UK.
– Antibody Data Scientist
Collect, analyze, and model antibody data using state-of-the-art machine learning and language modeling techniques to drive the design of novel antibodies. Build integrated pipeline to automate the collection and analysis of Antibody data. Work collaboratively with your colleagues to develop machine learning models that can be used to optimize antibody candidates.
The position requires documented expertise in the development of AI and deep learning methods, and development of Antibodies in a pharmaceutical environment. The candidate will use computational tools such as molecular modeling and simulations, sequence and structure analysis, and machine learning tools to design and optimize antibody and nanobody candidates. In addition, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to achieve our goals.
