Pertemps London (Holborn), have gone from strength to strength and due to their continued success are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team. Specialising in office and professional services (Admin, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, HR/Finance), the successful senior recruitment consultant will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing expertly qualified candidates into permanent positions within various professional sectors.
The successful senior consultant will be an excellent communicator, who thrives in a fast-paced working environment and is keen for professional growth and development. This candidate will be joining a highly successful team who have really exciting growth plans in the next 6 – 12 months.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to drive forward and develop the professional services desk. Prior recruitment experience is needed, but with the assurance of 16-weeks supportive, industry recognised training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to become a brilliant recruitment consultant.

Role Responsibilities: - Grow and maintain new relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Advertise roles by posting jobs onto job boards and social media sites.
- Manage multiple open job vacancies at the same time.
- Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to determine suitability.
- Attend visits to client sites to gain valuable insights into how their business works.
- Direct sales activity such as calls, email marketing campaigns and networking events.
What’s in it for you: - Basic salary of between £30,000-£35,000 based on experience.
- Uncapped commission scheme with the ability to earn up to 30% on billings.
