Job Title: CAD Programmer

Working Model / Location : On site / Kidderminster

Salary + Benefits : £30,000 – £40,000 DOE

Secto r: Metals / Manufacturing

Aspion Search are currently seeking a keen and outgoing CAD Programmer to join a rapidly growing organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet quality standards and production requirements
  
• Utilize Solidworks, SigmaNest, and Radan software to create, modify, and optimize CAD models and CNC programmes
• Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of designs to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of CAD files, revisions, and project specifications
• Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues as needed

About You:

• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Solidworks. Experience with SigmaNest and Radan is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar CAD programming role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in construction or related sectors
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
