HR Administrator – Top 100 Employer 

Working closely with the HR Manager and within the wider HR team you will be providing administrative support across the function. 

Duties will include:

• Provide admin support for recruitment and onboarding including liaising with agencies 
• Application processing 
• Lettes of offer, regret and all associated admin 
• Co-ordinate and arrange training courses as requested ensuring training records are maintained
• Process employee/contractual changes
• Maintain adequate HR records, both electronic and paper-based files as appropriate.

What we are looking for…

• Administrative experience gained within a busy setting, ideally within HR or related 
• Strong IT skills 
• Confident communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
