Job description

Working with our client we are looking for a confident advisor and collaborator to join their team as an Assurance Manager based in their Sleaford or Grantham offices.

They are one of the UK s top regional accountancy firms specialising in accountancy tax business advice legal services and wealth management.

Established in 1925 the team provide services to more than 12000 businesses and individuals.

As Assurance Manager you will support your line manager in providing highquality business advice and assurance services. Acting as the primary contact for clients you will manage a full portfolio using your knowledge and skills to add value to their service. You will be responsible for the overall quality of individual assignments and delivery of a complete product with due regard to budget. This will require completion of audit planning fieldwork and collaboration with your team(s). You will work with other members of your service line to scope client requirements and ensure that assignments are carried out on time and within specified budgets.

Requirements

As an Assurance Manager you will be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience with five years in general practice. You will be a good people manager who is confident in developing relationships with new and existing clients helping to identify opportunities and pitch for new business. It would be advantageous to have the following skills.
