The Role:
Silcom Recruitment has joined forces with a distinguished and progressive dealership group to aid in recruiting an experienced new Sales Executive for their site in Christchurch. Aligned with a successful and notorious brand (strong within the UK market), we are actively seeking a Sales Executive to make a significant impact on their expanding team.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Attain monthly sales targets and meet minimum profit goals.
Ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service with a proven track record in successful sales.
Confidence and experience in professional customer communication are essential, reflecting the high standards of a top-end brand.
Success in the role requires determination and enthusiasm in a prime working environment.
Maintain 100% focus on delivering a world-class purchase experience while achieving all sales objectives.
The Package:
Basic salary of £18,000 + OTE £45,000 + company car & excellent company benefits !!!
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, with a day off in the week (one day each week will extend to 9:00pm)
Saturdays: 8:30am – 6:00pm | You will not have to work Sundays with this business !!!
