Job description
I am currently working with a professional services organisation based in the city that has a team of Company Secretaries. It is currently looking to hire an experienced Company Secretary with professional services experience.
As Company Secretarial Manager, some of your duties will include:
Key responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of entities
- Advisory/consultancy services such as group reorganisations
- Share transfers, allotments, share buy backs, capital reductions
- Incorporations of entities, registration of UK establishments, dividend payments
- Company name changes, striking off and restorations
- Board support including taking minutes
- Providing advice on company law, governance and cosec matters
- Carry out reviews/audits of company books
- Draft client fees
There will also be management of two individuals alongside some business development duties.
WFH: 3 days per week in the office, 2 from home.
Key skills: - Experience of Diligent
- Professional services background
- Ideally CGI qualified
