Job description

I have a truly unique therapeutic community with an excellent reputation in Welshpool, Powys!

Supporting young people in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, you can enable them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for. The home is a centre of excellence for young males who have exhibited inappropriate or harmful sexual behaviours.

The service aims to reduce and prevent the cycle of abuse by helping young people to both recover from their underpinning trauma, but also to acknowledge and address their sexual behaviours.

Job Title: Waking Night Children's Support Worker

Salary: £20,020 - £28,828

Location: Welshpool, Powys

Hours: 35 hours per week

Rota: 4 on 4 off

**Due to the nature of the role as a waking night children's support worker, we are only able to consider applicants who have a full driver's licence and a car**
