Digital Marketing Manager - full-time, permanent position 

£50,000 - 60,000 per annum plus excellent benefits 

Hybrid working - office near Chester 

Working for a dynamic, ambitious and ever innovating business, we are recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is working as part of a vibrant and creative marketing team and you'll work closely with other departments across the business. 

This role will enable you to work autonomously, and you'll be able to drive and shape their internal marketing strategy, executing key campaigns that align with their growth/business objectives. 

• Managing social media channels - tracking metrics and devising campaigns  
  
• Taking ownership of PPC and SEO - you'll be technical in these areas and know your market 
  
• Developing, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility of their business and services 
  
• Driving brand awareness, sales/leads and prospective client engagement 
  
• Project management on marketing campaigns 
  
• Manage 2 other members of the team temporarily and enhance their knowledge whilst supporting their personal growth within the business 
  
• Creating content that maintains the company branding and tone 
  
• Optimising website content and structure for SEO and improving website usability 
  
• Utilising LinkedIn and Google primarily for the PPC campaigns  
  
• Researching and analysing digital marketing trends, considering competitor activity and staying ahead of industry trends 
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate 

• It goes without saying that you'll have digital marketing experience, a technical mindset, but passionate about delivering high value campaigns 
  
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, PPC, Social Media (paid and organic) and content creation 
  
• Knowldge of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics and others 
  
• A natural communicator able to work in a creative environment 
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create strategic digital marketing plans 
  
• Proactive and adaptable team player - getting stuck in with every aspect - operational and strategic 
  
• Able to handle working in a flexible and ever changing environment 
  
• Presenting to the SLT and CEO
