Job description
An exciting opportunity to join our small and friendly team of support workers for a supported living environment which contains 15 self-contained flats. The role will be to support people with their day to day lives and to become more independent.
Daily duties vary from day to day and include help with cooking, cleaning, going out into the community, helping with emotional health, and day trips to name a few, we do not currently have anybody who needs medication support or personal care support (this may change in the future)
We support people with a range of needs such as Autism, Mental Health, learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
Lifeways respect, deliver and listen to all the people we support and ensure we provide person centred support and care at all times.
We are looking for flexible, caring, trustworthy, reliable and engaging people who can add different skills to our team. You do not need to have any previous experience as full training will be provided and we offer the opportunity of career development and funded further NVQ training.
