Role Overview:
BWB Consulting operates in the heart of Manchester, leveraging the city's energy and diversity to provide innovative solutions to clients in the North West. Situated in Westminster House near Piccadilly Gardens, our office is conveniently located close to transportation links and cultural attractions. Our collaborative environment fosters creativity and problem-solving, making Manchester a key hub for our business.
As an Administrator at BWB Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional front-of-house service to our colleagues and clients. Working within the Corporate Services Group and the Administration team, you will manage office facilities, handle non-technical queries, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operations within the office. This is a fixed-term contract position covering maternity leave from April to August 2024, with the flexibility to work one day per week from home.
What you will be doing:
Provide first-class front-of-house service, serving as the primary point of contact for non-technical queries in the region.
Manage office facilities, including meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and general administrative support.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
Utilise Microsoft Applications and Adobe Acrobat/FoxIT proficiently to support various administrative tasks.
Maintain keen attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Take ownership of workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
Adapt to changing priorities and proactively address challenges as they arise.
Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
What you will bring:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
