eCommerce Assistant
Based - Uxbridge
Position - Permanent Full Time
Hours - 37 ½ hours
Working as part of a small team this role requires applicants to deal with the day-to-day processes of ensuring customer orders are processed on time, emails and enquiries are responded to professionally and that any customer calls are answered politely and efficiently.
The job is mostly desk based using a variety of computer based systems on which all training will be given.
Candidates are expected to show a good standard of written and spoken English, the ability to communicate effectively and working knowledge of Windows computer systems. Experience working in customer facing retail and/or Jewellery is a bonus.
