Job description
Responsibilities:
Provide support to students with special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom.
Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) for students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with the teaching staff and other professionals to meet the diverse needs of students.
Monitor and record the progress of students, reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
Relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant qualification or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Start Date:
The position is available for an immediate start.
Salary:
The salary for this role is between £80 and £95 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
