Job description
Full-time English-speaking Nanny required in Chelsea, London for 3 children, salary from £690 – £750 gross per week, start March 2024.
A family residing in Chelsea, London is seeking a fun, engaging and experienced Nanny to assist in the general care, development and education of their young children (B8, B6 & G4).
As a Nanny, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children: play, games, activities, cleanliness, and routines with a focus on their language development for the younger child. For the older children a more focused approach with support with their homework, reading, and learning. You may also be required to occasionally prepare light meals for the children.
All three children attend school. You will be required to pick the children up from school and escort them to extracurricular activities, as well as travel with them occasionally.
The family has house staff including other nannies and a part-time tutor with whom you will work together.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified and reliable Nanny with a good level of education and ability to assist with school homework, holding relevant childcare qualifications and experience working with this age group is essential. An educational background would be beneficial to your application.
The family travel internationally.
The working schedule will be 6 days on/1 days off. The working hours will generally be between 2 pm – 8 pm on weekdays and up to 8 hours at the weekend. Sunday is the day off. Working 30 hours per week.
The family can offer a flexible working schedule to accommodate the right candidate and can consider 30 – 38 hours per week. Salary will reflect the working hours.
There is a younger sibling in the house, aged 20 months. Should the candidate have toddler experience an additional 8 hours, two mornings a week can be added to the schedule.
Salary £690 – £750 per week gross depending on the hours worked (30 or 38).
This is a live out position with no accommodation provided.
