Working within our UK Regional Civils division, this role is fully remote/home based anywhere in the UK.
What you'll be doing
- Day to day operational management of framework, ensuring method of operation and processes are understood and adhered by teams accessing the framework
- Ensure good working relationship with SCAPE, in particular SCAPE framework manager with effective communication and engagement
- Be an active member of the Framework Management team, leading on Operational Management of the framework across geography (EWNI) through the Delivery Workstream
- Ensure that project teams from across group understand the framework requirements, support the teams with pro-active training, advice and guidance as required. Focus on Gen 3 changes and new BUs as pipelines develop
- Ensure that project teams from across the group are compliant with method of operation for framework and achieve target outcomes, focused on trend performance and financial targets
- Identify trends and areas of underperformance and facilitate the necessary support for improvement and opportunity to improve trends
- Identify areas of best practice and share to drive continuous improvement, in a structured method
- Support and collaborate with operational and project commercial teams so they understand Scape requirements and consider as part of project reviews
- Support and collaborate with subject matter experts and other workstream leads (BD, Commercial (inc legal, procurement & finance), Marketing & Comms, Performance and Audit, Digitisation, Special Interest Groups)
- Support teams to capture value add on projects, beyond value engineering and share at team meetings for best practice and celebrating success
- Identify opportunities to implement new initiatives and deliver tender commitments
- Support Work Winning teams and Operational teams with customer meetings, as required, to provide advice and guidance on process and requirements
- Support framework commitment initiatives at framework and project level, as required
- Working closely with SCAPE to support collaborative working with BD teams and ensure great customer experience
- Ensure the governance of the framework is adhered to, as per the Framework Management Plan, to deliver efficient and effective compliance
- FPMcCann for NI, reporting within EWNI (relation and delivery through Scotland Team)
