Here at Aardvark Swift, we are on the lookout for a Recruiter to join our team that's driven by games, fuelled by talent.

In this role, you will create a positive impact within the games industry, support industry growth by successfully sourcing, screening and placing candidates whilst ensuring you grow a strong talent pipeline. You will nurture client relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities.

Your day-to-day will include...

• Building and developing a strong talent pipeline, through effective sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals and screening of candidates

• Developing and maintaining client relationships throughout the recruitment process

• Managing and filling vacancies, ensuring successful outcomes for both candidates and clients

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts effectively

• Being consistently on track with your weekly KPIs and sales targets
