Job Description
- Oversee all financial operations within the organisation.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Ensure financial compliance with not-for-profit regulations.
- Lead budget planning and financial forecasting processes.
- Manage financial risk and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management in decision-making processes.
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports.
- Mentor and manage the finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in not-for-profit finance management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of not-for-profit financial regulations.
- Proven strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
