Engineering Recruiter
A new exciting opportunity has arisen within the Talent Acquisition Team at Ryanair, Europe’s favourite airline. As a result of our continued expansion, we are looking to hire an Engineering Recruiter who will sit within the Engineering Recruitment team at our Stansted Airport HQ and focus on hiring our growing team of trainee engineers across the network.
As an Engineering Recruiter , your job will be to network and recruit for our engineering vacancies across our 90+ bases.
Reporting directly into the Engineering Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- Pipelining Future Engineering talent.
- Networking colleges to promote all traineeships within Ryanair.
- Building up a database for our bases.
- Organising and attending roadshows throughout the UK and Europe.
- Conducting interviews and arranging assessment days.
- General Administration including weekly report.
Requirements
- UK or EU passport.
- A confident individual who can hold their own with peers at a higher level.
- Somebody who isn’t afraid of hard work.
- Have a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
- Engineering experience or knowledge is desirable.
- Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desire to work in a fast paced, innovative environment.
- Thinks outside the box.
- Happy to travel across the UK and Europe.
- Confident when speaking to large groups.
