Responsibilities

• Use analytical tools for image processing, analysis, and quantification,
• Deliver data analysis pipelines to extract information from proprietary datasets combining coding with appropriate methods
• Advise and support cross-functional projects

Qualifications and experience

• BSc/MSc or PhD in a biological discipline with experience in image data analysis and interpretation
• Experience of Image data analysis packages I.E FiJi macro programming R/ Coding knowledge
• Experience in Batch and parsing script writing Experience handling large datasets and automated workflows is desirable

Benefits

• Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• 23 days’ annual leave + eight bank holidays
